This is a roundtable interview with a group of neuroscientists on mediation that touches on the science behind meditation in relation to anxiety. Studies have consistently shown the mindful meditation, practiced on a regular basis, can drastically improve, if not cure, health anxiety. Absolutely. And the word "cycle" here is key, IMO. I can't speak for everyone else, but my own anxiety is often driven by repeated cycles. And by that I mean literally every day is the same thing. I've been stepping out of my comfort zone lately, trying new things, even things I used to be sort of afraid to try. It's helped keep my mind busy.
