Im married live a happy life in a properous country.

i have real bad anxiety and stress for no reason from what i can tell. once had to go hospital because anxiety rash made my hand swell to bursting size, after steroids it went down.

the only stressful thing in my life is the stress and anxity symptoms.

panic attacks stopped after CBT

yeah anyway diagnosed with GAD taking propranolol 40mg 3 times a day and venlafaxine (effexor) 150mg slow release
