Here from Anxiety-Central, also an AnxietyZone refugee

Hi folks.

I moved to Anxiety-Central after Anxiety Zone suddenly disappeared on us, but it appears the administrator for Anxiety-Central has gone AWOL and unfortunately that forum has been having its own issues. Admin was a great person herself too, hope she's doing ok!

Visited AC one last time and was able to make out through the messed up layout that a lot of AC folks have moved here, and I can see why. Forum layout is similar to AC, very easy on the eyes.

I'm a male in my mid 30s and overweight and I've been a longtime health anxiety sufferer. Ever since my mom passed in her early 20s due to an undiagnosed health condition that later became serious I've been forever on this up and down about my health anxiety. I'm experiencing another episode of health anxiety about my heart and that's what drove me here.

I'm doing my best to break this loop but as you may all know, it's very hard to once you're stuck in it. I look forward to interacting with you all here!

New also..and I too suffer from health anxiety. Had it at least semi under control for a bit but now it has returned as I am in a bad anxiety relapse at the moment. I like what I see so far here and looking forward to being here more. Been posting at a different board but I haven’t been there much lately, going downhill and getting to be a less friendly place than when I first started there.
