I'm so sorry !! I still suffer as well and am terrified. It's been 3 months and my life has been really bad lately because of my obsessive thoughts over this, on top if other health issues.Hello to everyone My life is ruined by the fear of Als. I twitch every day. I went to the doctor, but my twitches are increasing. I'm exhausted ..
How do I get through this?
Help me please ..![]()
Please remember that als twitches are different than what you are experiencing. The thoughts you are having are just thoughts they aren't real. Hugs. You have the control not the lies your mind is telling you.I'm so sorry !! I still suffer as well and am terrified. Twitches in als come after muscle loss and death. So you would be falling and failing at normal day tasks. Enough to have someone else tell you something isn't right. It's not stumbling it's failing. Big big difference. Twitches with anxiety is harmless and very very common. I have them with high anxiety, I have them after a work out too. I have them when I'm overly tired. Just ignore the twitches, the more you zone in on them the more you keep that fear up and the more you will twitch.Thank you, I hope!! I'm not sure what the differences are of them!?
