It's most likely a pulled muscle or pinched nerve. I get this fairly frequently when I over exert myself. Have also had it in my lower back due to a herniated disc.

I've also thought I've had all types of cancers and get tests. All come back negative. And then the symptoms disappear, which confirms they are all anxiety symptoms.

I'm almost convinced anxiety can cause levitation. That's how good it is at creating physical symptoms that are scary and make no sense.

four days? ok - take a deep breath. you DO NOT have lung cancer. for starters, your age and the fact that you've never smoked make the odds of it being cancer (or anything serious, for that matter) next to nothing. the odds are probably better that you'll get struck by lightning. second, like i said in my last post, i had a friend that had lung cancer. if this was cancer, you'd be having a multitude of other symptoms that you could not ignore. TRUST ME! i also read, i believe, on a different post that you've had xrays and labs and they both came back normal... even more reason to heed this advice! you really, truly need to stop researching illness on the internet. google is not our friends. have you ever tried therapy? or medications?
So I’m still really scared that I could have it I don’t know what to do the pain has also gone to my lower back too I’m so scared I just wanna get better

if you had lung cancer and it was causing the symptoms you're experiencing, they would have seen it on your x-ray. also, is highly unlikely your pain would spread THAT fast.

Yeah but I thought X-ray don’t always pick up everything and I thought it could spread fast? I just don’t know what to do to get better and get rid of this pain

I don’t have any allergies and I’m just really worried about why my is hurting
Just want to mention that I developed cat allergy at about 30. However I had other allergies.
I’m really scared I might have lung cancer I’ve been having sharp pains in my upper back when breathing and I’m really scared I don’t want to die
This can also be from spending time in a position you're not used to mainly a hunched over or bent forward position.

But then why do I have a cough as well and can’t get rid of the back pain

I’ve got pain in both knees and back now what does that meam I’m scared
well... for starters... even if you look at a list containing EVERY. SINGLE. SYMPTOM of lung cancer, you won't see "pain in knees" on it. that alone should be enough to put that fear to bed.

i'm guessing your knees hurt for the same reason your back hurts... you aggravated muscles. as for your cough, that can be due to your anxiety or allergies. i know you say you don't have them, but i didn't have them at one point, either. if you don't think you have allergies, have you tried treating for acid reflux? that, i believe, is the second leading cause for a cough.

Scared about the knee pain because of saw that on the symptoms thing it can spread and can’t be acid reflux because I’m already in medication for that I’m so scared I really don’t it to be lung cancer I don’t know what to do

Also the fact that the back pain won’t go away no matter what I do

so you think your lung cancer has spread to your knees? over the course of just over a week? try to take a few breaths and look at this from a statistical standpoint: the odds of that happening are MINISCULE.

as for your reflux, when i was a hundred pounds heavier, i was on two high-dose meds and STILL had reflux from time to time. even now, i'm on one... and still get reflux... and when i'm not getting it... i have a dry cough that reminds me its still there.

as for your back, it's been a week (or less?) my back went out on june 14 and it's STILL stiff and sore. that stuff can take awhile to heal... especially if you're older or not in great shape (or both of those things.)

I’ve never had a cough with acid reflux and it’s like a tickle cough and the reason why I’m concerned about my back is because it only hurts when I breathe and nothing has eased the pain like I can move just fine but the deep breaths hurt

reflux cough presents as a tickle, similar to post nasal drip. it's from acid traveling higher up and causing irritation. it could also explain the back/breathing pain.

has this pain been discussed with a physician?

Hey there,
Not trying to be funny, but, have you considered taking GasX? Sometimes gas or air can get trapped in weird places. Also, I would recommend placing a heating pad on your back where it hurts. I get back pain when I breathe sometimes. It's sharp and I can't take a full breath. It usually passes though and I chalk it up to being too much air. I wish you luck!
