Past few weeks I have been suffering intrusive ocd thoughts.

First one is my mum put cash though the letter box in a father’s day envlope, i worries she took it from the bin my worry comes from when I stayed there she use to take newspaper out bin also put blocked toilet bags in the bin. It’s a hypothetical question though it maybe never happened she said it never but I don’t believe her

My second worry is nobody seems real I suffer depersonalization and I developed a solipsism fear and had this going round my head that I’m the only one that exists or my life is a fake also what happens when you die all these external existence questions.

Can anybody help?

I also suffered from depersonalization around a year ago and it was like how you described it: I would think I could go through objects, everything was my imagination and my real world was an empty void, and believed having a thin electronic device was impossible. My thoughts were violent too.

Honestly I don't know how I got out of that loop, but I guess it was because I was semi forced to talk to my therapist. So maybe you can talk to someone if you haven't done so even if you think everyone'a fake. :)
