Hey and welcome Shaye..66 year old married with 2 adult kids with GAD..my worst symptoms are panic and debilitating agoraphobia. Are you getting any therapy or medication for your disorder?

hi shaye, im 45, no kids. i realized early on that i have a hard time taking care of myself, i could never take care of another but i do look up to all you parents out there that suffer with any kind of mental disorder that do it everyday i suffer from GAD, panic disorder and depression. welcome many good people on here with great advise to give.
