My name is Monica. Although it seems like I've had every medical test performed under the sun, I frequently battle with severe health anxiety issues. This anxiety can be debilitating.

I've joined the AnxietyCommunity in an effort to connect with like-minded individuals to both give and receive support. Thanks for having me.

Hi and welcome Monica. There are many, many here with health anxiety who suffer and are debilitated by it much like you are. I happen to have GAD but have learned much about the devastating effect of health anxiety thru the postings on this forum. There's a very compassionate and wise group here and again, welcome.
