Hello all,

My name is Mamdouh Alsarayreh, I am from Jordan. I have been dealing with anxiety and panic attacks since I was 14 years old. Now I'm 27 years old, and I think I got the hang of it. My goal is to help anyone who has anxiety to feel safe, and not alone. I have started my own blog to detail my experience with anxiety. I'd love to share it with anyone who's interested.
