Anyone ever felt like they can feel their heartbeat in their head/neck, and somehow it seems like ur head is moving slightly to the heartbeat? This is especially so when you lie down!
Not sure if im being paranoid and imaging the movement but the more i pay attention to it, the more i think or i feel it!

Happens a lot. Is nothing to worry about. I can be in bed and it is like I can feel my heart beat in my head. It goes away. Just one of those things that happens.

Your moniker describes what you said to perfection. Over thinker. There are many things that go on in our body that become outstanding to us simply because of the hyper stimulated condition we are in. To pay attention to these phenomena serves no purpose other than to further cause ourselves more stress. If possible, just note the phenomena, don’t react to it, just allow it to happen and observe it with curiosity instead of fear. Hard to do, but with practice it can be done.

Absolutely!! It's as simple as that. but very difficult to do. It's like anything in life, the more attention we give it the more embroiled we become. In anxiety we fasten onto something like a suspected illness and it blazes a trail in the mind until we convince ourselves we have it. Not to react to it is sound advice. It's not the feeling itself that causes the problem, it's our reaction to it. By accepting it and not getting in a tizz over it we take the sting out of it. Difficult? Of course it is, but to me it's the only real way. Look at 'IT', even embrace it and yes, love it! No I have not flipped, because love can resolve any problems. Real love that is.
