Heart attack

So this morning I woke up with severe neck and shoulder pain on the right side. Its throbbing and shooting pain. It kind of makes my shoulder feel shitty to and down to my arm periodically. My heart feels okay besides a shooting pain near my breast and under my armpit on the left side. I'm trying to not freak out . I do have indegestion but I just ate.

As I'm writing this the shooting pain is branching from under my armpit out into my arms and my chest is hurting.

Has anyone experienced this ? I'm about to go to the ER

I had something similar yesterday driving home. It ended up being indigestion but I totally understand. I am considering theh ER as well right now - I just posted about that. Hang in there.
