Hello there is there any one who feels the same

It always feels like i m having heart problems
Hi and welcome.
I doubt there is anyone on this site who has not experienced some form of health anxiety. That's what his site is about, to help each other through what can be very difficult times. The heart is always at the forefront of anxiety. Why? Because it is an organ that we are so aware of especially at night when we lie down. Palpitations can occur and are one of the big symptoms of health anxiety. They are harmless but we don't know that and get into a panic when they occur.
All the other organs in the body work silently so that we are not aware of them working. If you have been checked out and told it's anxiety then accept it for what it is. Try not to add fear to fear by concentrating on the symptoms.
Health anxiety is the most common of all anxiety problems, so you are far from alone.

Plus getting a major panic attack makes you first think that you're having a heart attack. My dad died at the age of 50 of a heart attack, I was only 9 years old, so later it became a fear I had, I would continue to always feel my pulse which would then make it go faster. It was feeding my symptoms, so it was making my anxiety worse. I was making my heart races by over thinking about it. I finally stopped it, by not checking my pulse all the time, and I relaxed then if it was checked it was always normal not racing. It can be become a cycle you get yourself in that affects your heart rate and pulse. you are mentally making it faster. But if you can do that you can learn to do the opposite and mentally slow it down. Take a few deep breaths and just relax as many muscles as you can. Mentally think about slowing it down, it works.
