Heart anxiety

So I have a lot of trapped wind and a very worried tummy due to the fact I’ve had uncontrollable anxiety for the last two weeks. I can feel it all in my tummy and wind pipe but every now and again I get a pain or a strange sensation around my heart area and it’s freaking me out!!!!! I will admit I had wind pain in my opposite shoulder blade last night and am getting odd sensations in the other side too but I’m more aware of the ones on my heart side!

Not sure if you ever suffered from acid refux or anything similar? That used to cause me similar enough issues. Trapped wind was always a major one. Then the pains and aches in various places. Enough to do your head in. Not saying it is anything got to do with acid reflux. Just what you descibe sounds similar to what I had many times with acid reflux. Or maybe you are just getting old.

I haven’t but it is common in gastric sleeve surgery. Excuse you I’m only 32 lol not that old. I no deep down it’s anxiety

I have severe heart anxiety. It is so scary at times. I too know deep down it is anxiety, but it seems so real that I just want to run to the ER because I know this is the real thing. Lol. HA sucks!!
