HEALTH ANXIETY IS RUINING MY LIFE.

I have been very observant of my body for the past year. I am very scared when it comes to health.
Well yesterday while applying makeup; I moved my eye lid a bit and noticed a grey spot on my eye. I have no idea how long it’s been there or what. I have been panicking since then and now that I’m aware I can’t stop crying thinking the worst because Google is horrible.
There aren’t any available appointments for an eye doctor until September.
Health anxiety is going to be the death of me.

That’s is Nothing to worry about that is just a mark on the iris just like any kind of marks we get in our body the same could happen with the eyeballs

It’s not on the iris - It’s on the white part of the eye under the eyelid. i have to kind of move my eyeball around for you to see
