I have MAV (now called Vestibular Migraine) diagnosed last December. Anxiety makes it way way worse. So in order to heal from my VM I really did have to address my anxiety as well.
Hey! What kind of symptoms did you have with vestibular migraines?

Nausea? Neuropathy? Chest pains? Stomach problems?

No I had mostly dizziness (not spinning, but like walking on a boat) head pressure (like a tight band was wrapped around my head) light sensitivity, and a lot of fatigue.

Sounds exactly like what I’m going through. How long did it take for you to get back to “normal”. Also, medications? Anxiety?

I have a plethora of symptoms and I’m trying to see which are anxiety and which are from something else

I would suggest going to see a good neurologist who knows vestibular disorders. I was chronic with my VM for about 4 months. Then slowly it has became episodic and I only have them when triggered (everyones triggers are different) Here are the things that worked for me. It's hard to say what exactly worked but this is what I've done. -taking lexapro (for migraine not depression) -taking both magnesium glycinate and threonate -taking Coq, -taking riboflavin, -using a weighted blanket, -vigorous exercise, -walking barefoot or wearing thin shoes, -yoga, -ketogenic diet- NO Caffeine

Ok, thank you!

You’re not on any anxiety medication or anti-depressant? The last two and a half months have been brutal for me.

I feel nauseous and like I’m walking on a boat if I move too quickly.

It just feels like my body is off. You think massage therapy can help?
