Halcion hangover?

I was prescribed to take halcion before my dentist appointments. I’ve taken it 4 times now once every week. Everytime I have took the pill it helped so much for the appointment but the next day I felt crappy. I was nauseous and just feel bleh the next day. Well I had the dentist appointment yesterday and this morning I ate and what not but now I have the worst bellyache and heartburn also feel crappy. I have bad emetophobia(fear of puking) so I’m panicking because I feel so sick. I tried Alka seltzer heartburn but it didn’t work so I took zofran and it’s easing up a bit finally. I try not to take zofran unless I absolutely need it. I was google and I saw that there is a such thing as benzodiazepine hangover. Halcion is a benzodiazepine. Does anyone know if that’s what is happening to me? I’m not complaining like I’ll push through one day every week or two weeks to get my teeth fixed because they need a lot of work done. I’m just wondering if anyone else experienced this before taking a benzodiazepine like Xanax or halcion? Or do you have any tips to stop it from happening? It could also be the “hangover” on top of my anxiety hangover lol. I’ll feel crappy the day after a big day of anxiety which is a day like yesterday for the dentist so a benzodiazepine hangover and an anxiety hangover

IDK about the hang over but I've never seen another emetophobic. Mine esp sucks because almost every day at my school we have to run and every time I feel like or almost throw up

I completely understand. I’m 19 but when I was in school I winded up getting homeschooled because I always went home or never came in because I was constantly sick from anxiety and my phobia. It sucked so bad because I actually loved school and I missed out on my senior year. I recommend getting into a emetophobia group on Facebook! Every since I joined that group I didn’t feel alone and they helped me understand my phobia. I’m still battling the phobia and anxiety til this day but it has improved. This time of year is the worse because the bug goes around

I'm not able to have Facebook. I wish I were still homeschooled so I could stay in PJs all day he he. Probably the worst it's ever been was at Disney Land. I'll explain my family and 2 friends were there and before we could ride even 1 ride she threw up and had to go to the hospital because her lips turned blue. The rest of the day was kinda miserable because I was so worried about her aand weather or not I was going to throw up as well
