Not sure of the cause of this, whIch is the main reason I'm worried. While walking down the stairs today, I realized my legs felt weak. Once I realized that, my arms and neck felt twitchy and weak as well.
I had a coffee a few hours prior, but it was no more than one cup. Can this be related? Is this just a random anxiety thing? I didn't seem to be more anxious than usual, and didn't focus on my legs or any body parts.

I have experienced similar things I have many neck symptoms including twitching and my arms and legs will be randomly feel very weak and twitchy. I know how unsettling a feeling it is but I believe it is definitely anxiety and could possibly be exacerbated by caffeine. Caffeine tends to make you more twitchy and on edge anyway so it definitely makes sense that you would feel like this.

I think it’s the coffee, the other night I drank a cup of coffee and a few hours later I had the worst anxiety attack ever, and it doesn’t help that the caffeine was already making me jumpy. Coffee is something I avoid at all cost

i was taking 600 to 1000mg caffeine a day possibly more and yes i have far worse symptoms of fatigue, twitching all over my body, anxiety issues, some mild muscle cramping, dizziness, headaches, weight loss. the only time these symptoms go away is when im in my home gym working out. but it took me months to get out of my intolerance for working out. i also had a bit of depression during the times i took all these supps and caffiene. and we have a chemical in our body called tryptophan, which is a precursor for two substances, under stress it makes kynurenine, under physical activity you get serotonin, and kynurenine isnt bad yet but under continued stress and inactivity it makes quinolinic acid which is neurotoxic (which imo leads to these twitches and further anxiety and depression). but once again with exercise kynurenine can be converted to kynurenic acid which is neuroprotective.. but in order to maximize exercise benefit a proper diet is needed for proper energy to fuel ones mitochondrial function properly and this is what i have done a thus i have seen great results in my energy, physical ability i just still have these annoying twitches.. now mind you my situation is far worse than yours and you can probably eliminate the issue completely.
