Two days ago I was working out in my home after sometime didn't like the music so went to change the song there I sat bending trying to search new song there I stayed for 5 10 minutes in that position and when I stood up I felt light headness I thought that's because of my workout and continued my work and then I stopped now im getting afraid that I should have taken rest and continue my workout but immediately started my workout did I do something there wrong or its just nothing will that cause some sort of damage related to bp I am getting anxious plz help me
