Getting a tetanus shot. I am scared of side effects

Yesterday I was walking and I had this metallic broom that is broken in half near the trash. I didn't see and I STABBED myself with the metal as I walked on it. it was pretty deep and I did lose quite some blood. I haven't had any vaccines in 9 years because I'm 22 but I need to get my tetanus booster vaccine today because of the wound. I am scared because I am a hypochondriac and am scared of side effects of vaccines. I am NOT in any way an antivaxxer. I think vaccines are great. I'm just scared of everything I put in my body. I already was having stomach problems before this that are pretty severe and I was dizzy the other day for no reason. I'm scared I'm going to pass out, get sick, throw up. I am also scared that I might go into anaphylactic shock so I'm going to stay in the doctors office for a while after the shot to make sure I'm okay. Please tell me any experiences you have had with tetanus shot.

I just had a tetanus shot last year, I get nervous with injectables, too. I didn’t have much of an issue. The area around it swelled to the circumference of a tennis ball. But felt fine and it went away

Needles aren't that bad I donate blood every 56 days.
The side affects shouldn't be noticeable.
Just be grateful you live now,
Imagine what life would be like 300 years ago with that happening.

I have a list of required vaccines I’m expected to get prior to entering a medical facility. I am also afraid of putting things in my body. I’m not sure I can or will take them. I’ll be missing an opportunity by choosing not to take them. You’ll be fine with tetanus and as you said just hang out there for a bit.
