First time without some sort of antidepressant in years BRAIN zaps

Anybody experience them? For how long, frequency, etc. I'm assuming you got through it ok?

Mine went away in about 2 weeks, but I only took Paxil for 6 weeks before going off it.

Yes ive had brain zaps while withdrawing and while on. They are common.

Its common to get the brain zapps after stop using it for a while. I stopped mine for a week and had that for couple of days, they were not fun, so I don't skip it.

Did they get so bad it was hard to concentrate or even walk/ feeling them in your teeth etc.

It’s been so long, I’m afraid I don’t remember the complete feeling, I just remember having them.
