Fell on butt, headache worried about stroke

It is so stupid how my mind works. I was outside playing with my son, and I was running backwards and tripped and landed hard on my butt. Immediately I had a horrible headache but it went away after a few min. Most people would have left it at that, of course not me. I googled and turns out a snow boarder died after a hard land on her butt caused her to have a stroke 11 hrs later and die. Now I am freaking out. I have been doing so good this week

Hi Mandah. I honestly don't see a connection unless you had your head up your butt when you fell. Plus, I'm sure the snowboarder fell much harder than you did. It's good that in your heart you know that you're ok. This stupid disease can make us so irrational at times.

I definitely think you’re fine. Snowboarders are going super fast and that’s why it can be so dangerous when they fall. So unless you were running 40 mph in your yard and fell and hit your head directly, I believe you are fine.
