Hello I'm 46 years of age and have been told 5 years ago I have tachycardia ...I do notice my heart rate goes up and down but not really had any investigation only an ecg where they said " i think anxiety pushed it up " anyway I now have a suspicious mole and the dr has referred me to get it looked at due to covid this can only be done over photo messages .I am now waiting for this appointment & although I am worried I'm not letting iy take over my life the thing is for exactly a week now I have been feeling on and off quite unwell .how I would describe as travel sickness and also dizzy spells and vertigo if I move my head too quickly or look down a wave washes over me I feel like I'm just unbalanced and tipping one way or the other when lay in bed ...today feeling OK I went on a walk but felt complete fog whilst talking to a friend thr sickness unbalanced feeling returned I went totally white and she had to drive me home ...my heart was racing everytime this happens I am also feeling extreme pressure in my head..
I don't know what to think.. but it's so difficult I'm starting a new job on Monday and I feel this nauseous dizzy and increased heart rate loss of colour .
Thanks for reading reaching out to anyone who may experience anything similar please do get in touch ...your replies woukd mean so much
Enjoy your evening ☺

Just first reaction. Obviously you have been under a lot of stress waiting to see about the mole. So that could push your anxiety levels up some. You did say when you had your heart tested they told you it was anxiety making your heart do as it was doing. So now with more stress / anxiety it could simply be bringing on more symptoms. Making you feel as you are doing. I know it is hard to believe that anxiety can do all these things to a person. But I know many people who have had even worse happen to them and it was all just anxiety. No idea how you feel about your new job. If that is adding some extra stress / anxiety to your life. There is just so much there that could be increasing your stress / anxiety levels.

About the mole on your arm. My own mother had something removed from her arm a month or so ago. First they took a small bit of it. Tested it. Found it was nothing serious. But then gave her a date to go back to the hospital to have it removed. No idea what country you are in. But here in Ireland such things are still been carried out. They are seen as important. Just in case it is bad. But not all moles means cancer. I would question as to why they can't take you in and take a sample of it. Talking less than an hour.

I do think your stress levels are up big time. That could be causing a lot of your problems. Though I would say if they continue even have a word with your own GP. Nothing wrong with getting an opinion from a medical expert. Which we are not here on this forum. I can only guess based on your post. Might have high blood pressure. That would cause you to feel dizzy and faint and lose face colouring. The stress alone might be bringing this one. But you would need a doctor to check you out to know for certain.

Hi thanks for your reply when I had my covid jab I felt OK but soon after I had it I started to feel unwell my heart rate went up to 145 the dr said my blood pressure was slightly up do you think that might be causing this vertigo/ sickness feeling?
I am concerned about about my mole but not overly anxious as I know it's a precaution..
And I'm lucky it's getting looked at the job I'm starting is a job I've done before however I am worried about this dizziness when it starts up goes my heart rate . 129 bpm perhaps it is indeed high blood pressure I'm not sure what causes it....
Thanks for the reply x

Various people have various reactions to vaccines. I know one woman, no matter what the vaccine is, even the flu jab, she would be very sick for a few weeks. She has had her Covid jab and I was amazed how good she done with that. Because I am aware of her normal reaction to such things. I don't want to have a go at any of the vaccines. That only has people calling me an anti vaccine person. But we do have another member who was worried after her vaccine. Worried about her heart. To the point were she did it checked out.
@Nicole0814 you want to share your own fears when you had the vaccine done and what you thought you might have come down with.

We shall see if she does reply to your post. Was also a heart worry she had. Rather than me bad mouthing the vaccine, she can tell you her story. Or if you want look her name up in the members list. Then check for her post about her heart rate. It is near the end of the first page of posts in that thread.

Hey! I’m sorry I am just seeing this. Yeah, I had my first covid vaccine in January and immediately after it my heart rate was up and it stayed that way for a few hours. I have heard a lot of people feel dizzy as well for 24-48 hours after the shot also. My second covid vaccine I felt crappy for about 12 hours. I have been struggling with vertigo/balance issues for years and mine is due to BPPV ( positional vertigo) so when I move my head around, I will sometimes get vertigo and at times can be intense. So if you are feeling deezy when you

Hi thanks for your reply it seems to definitely be since my vaccine I've had feeling sick high heart rate and dizzy spells although when I was getting my vaccine the nurse said it could be an overactive tyroid causing this . ...it seems to be around 3pm every day pressure in my head followed by heart rate elevation and feeling sick and dizzy usually quite often after I've eaten .
