I think that idea about being in good health is worth considering. After all, our mental state is very much related to our physical state. So if our physical body is not in good shape, we may find it more difficult to recover from mental exhaustion. From now on, I am going to build up my physical state to help me with my mental state. Already, I have started on the 28-day planking challenge. Has anyone tried this yet?

Panic attacks make me feel tired and drained afterwards. Also when I have flashbacks it makes me tired. Sometimes I will even go and have a lay down to recover.

All I want to do is sleep. That's all I want to do. Rarely do I feel energized.

That is because you are depressed. It sounds like you are on a low at the moment @Concernedgal. The more you sleep the less your body will feel energised. Try drinking some more water when you wake up. If you find water hard to drink then sip it. But drink it because it will wake you up. Work up to drinking 2L every day and you will start to feel better.
