Hi
Each morning I wake up and my mind gets dreading thought about going to office.
My legs gets cold and I get goosebumps like feeling across shoulders.
How do I get rid of this ?

May I ask, do you have any difficulties at work? Are you getting bullied or do you feel that the work environment is toxic? I am asking because there is usually a reason for such anxiety. It can be obvious reasons such as bullying, but also subtile ones, such as the job not being the right one itself.
I would suggest maybe finding out what triggers you aside going to the office itself. It will then be easier to find a strategy to ease the anxiety.

My office place is not so different. We are not directly employee but work through contractor.
This fear is not specific to location as I used to have same problem before coming to US.
I have anxiety and fear genetically passed for sure but my parents did not had physical symptoms that I am having.

I’m not a specialist, but anxiety can come from a very active mind that is constantly overthinking. It might be worth checking out some relaxation techniques before you go to work or some supplements that can ease it a bit. I have good experiences with L-Theanine. It’s a natural supplement that had been refined out of green tea. It helps with sleeping problems and can ease the racing mind and anxiety. I used to take it during my driving lesson and it helped me a lot.

Have you tried meds? Beta blockers in particular are good for reducing the physical symptoms of anxiety.
