2 days ago I was getting a hiv rapid blood test and my finger was pricked and made me think maybe the prick lancet was already used since I did not see it get thrown away and it was in a resealable bag. NOW 30 mins later after my negative test I began to feel tightness in my arms around my bicep area tensing up as if I was trying to make a muscle to the point it ached and I was sitting down with my hands on my phone worrying and when I got home terrible symptoms happened making me think and still feel I was exposed to a infection. The back of my upper arm was burning and felt super heavy and stiff yesterday AND I could feel a pulse in my arms also and pulse in my forehead and the burning sensation even felt a little in my right leg kinda. Same night I woke up to a ache in my right foot and it was warm/hot and had a pulse now inside of my foot! and even runny nose or would fo 1 cough sometimes. My heels are warm and feeling a pulse time from time still. I woke up today and my upper back or neck had this stiffness or discomfort with slight warmth and now feel a pulse in the back of my head or neck that's faint and feel like my feet are over becoming warm out the blue mostly my right foot. I just wanna know if this is normal or anyone else experience this at a critical moment? is it normal for muscle tension after stress release or feelings of doom?muscles tensions, aches, burning sensations, pulses throughout your body, Cough, runny nose, Ect. I am even more worried since the hiv symptom peripheral neuropathy is associated with this but it has only been hours after my paranoid exposure that is probably not even a risk. Please need any advice to explain what's wrong with me or if this can be possible or for sure a anxiety attack or panic. can these things even last for 2 days straight? any advice or answers will be appreciated...
