Excessive urinating at bedtime

So I had blood/urine tests recently to make sure there wasn't anything wrong with me and it all came back good this past week here. But I noticed at nighttime when my pulse goes up, I'll have to urinate a lot. And in the middle of the night if I wake up to heart palpitations I will have a large amount to release. Does anyone else here have the constant urination thing going on? Seems like when you go too much at night, it dehydrates me which causes the pulse to raise... But if I drink too much water late at night, it wakes me up so I can't go back to sleep! Catch 22...

Hi. I get what you are saying and heave similar issues some nights. I put some of it down to being a man of a certain age! But doesn’t make it any easier!

Frequent urination can definitely be caused by anxiety. I had first hand experience. I went through a period of a few months panicking constantly. From the moment I went up to the moment I went to bed. And I had to pee constantly. Like literally constantly. Like I’d go, and less than 10 minutes later I felt like I had to go again. And I usually could. It was bizarre. There was a point I tried to drink less water to make it stop, and that didn’t even help.

So yes, if your doctor cleared you, you’re most likely fine.

We almost all have this.
Anxiety can cause this do to the fight or flight from what I understand.
I battled this for a week solid.
Felt like I couldn't fully empty bladder,burning like I needed to pee.
It will go away.

I am 32 yr old girl, so nothing age related. But for me it's every half hour, whole day every day. I recently started to go during the night to a little less frequent but still, for someone who already has bad sleep, it makes me insane. But I figured that coffee makes me go a lot, and eating sugar.
How much water do you drink? Do you think you can find some golden line, for the amount of water you drink?Maybe just take a sips in the night, not a glass?
