If you are around that stage of your life where you start having hormonal imbalance, than this explains a lot.
You said 3-4 days a month for a year or so. Which days of your cycle? If the night sweat days are before and very close to your period, then yes, the reason is hormonal changes.
My aunt had horrible night sweats for a couple of days every month when she was in her perimenopausal stage, and some women may go in to that stage earlier than others in life.
I am 29 years old and the gynecologist did all kind of hormone level tests. They came back clear.
I also made a calendar about the night sweats and we didn't find any correlation with my cycle :(

But I have some good news too! Altough I still don't know anything about the X-Ray, my blood work is perfect!
Now I am more optimistic! I cant imagine that I have a tumor with these very good blood results!

Hello guys!
Soo guess what my X-ray picture is still not ready! I mean the evaluation of my X Ray picture. So I still do not know what is that "something" on it.
But my blood work came back normal and I also went for an ultrasound (which is also clear). I decided not to worry anymore.
Ofc I have a tiny voice in my head which says colon cancer can not be ruled out but I really try to be optimistic!
With good blood work and ultrasound I see very little chance that this is something serious! I am actually relieved a bit.

Ultrasound is a lot more descriptive than X-RAY! What makes you think Colon C? do you have any other symptoms

Gynecologist said I have some free fluid in my Douglas (rectouterine) pouch.
Possibly from a ruptured cyst (i didnt know about any cysts in me so I have my doubts..)

Mentioning free fluid triggered my HA further so I hardly can wait till Monday to get my X-Ray picture/evaluation.

You must be right about the night sweats tho.
I have been sweating a LOT for 3-4 days at night.. I am terrrified of this XRay result so i can see a connection now.

I think you are fine. Do you have children? Ever been told you have pelvic prolapse? It could be a minor rectal prolapse and poop is stuck. It sounds weird but happens. I have pelvic prolapse from giving birth.

Oh that sounds like a small kidney stone. Up your water intake. You’ll be fine.

I thought that ultrasound is better for diagnosing kidney stones!
But the ultrasound didn't show it and now the x ray is showing it, it is weird!
I will show these results to my GP tomorrow.

Apple cider vinegar drink should help with dissolving it or if it’s too big they’ll give you meds to dissolve.

I'll try the vinegar thanks!
My GP said that this thing could be in/behind/in front of my kidney, X ray cant tell. But he does not advise CT scan because it comes with too much radiation exposure.
I should go back to an ultrasound check up in 6 months. He didn't said kidney stone.
Uhm well... for a person like me it is not too comforting (not knowing what is going on inside me) but well... I have to forget it for 6 months I suppose...

Thank you for asking! As my GP advised me to go for an ultrasound check up in 6 months now there is nothing new.
I will go for a check-up in June. And I hope that doctors know their s***t lol:)) They didnt really care about this thing in me so I hope it is not serious.
They usually act fast if something is suspicious I guess..

If they thought it was cancer, or even a chance of cancer, they would not tell you not to get a CT scan and they would not say to wait for 6 months. No ******* way. Still, you need to get in their faces with this type of thing. Just flat out say, "could this be cancer?" the next time you see or talk to your GP and if they say no, ask them why not. Then believe what they say and get back to managing your health anxiety.

X rays are prehistoric in the medical field when it comes to diagnosing anything other than a broken arm.
Ct scan and a mri would be best.
I wouldn't sweat it.
Last thing I would ever trust is a x-ray for a diagnosis outside a broken bone.
If it was cancer they would send you asap to the ER for scans.
Trust me I was sent by my pt to the ER they thought I had cuada equina syndrome do to my back.
