I have to admit that I still play computer games at this age. When the younger generation would see me, they would tease me and say I am too old for candy crush. That is one way of relieving the mounting tension inside of me - playing computer games. With my husband, any distraction is good enough to relieve his anxiety. Last year when we were touring in Malaysia, he was attacked by mild abdominal pains due to indigestion. That is reason enough for anxiety to set in. What we did was go to the nearest mall and roam around to divert his attention from the budding anxiety attack. And true enough, he was okay after an hour then we had dinner and went back to the hotel in his normal self.
I am old school too. I like computer games or really simple games on my apps. I can't play to highly intense games or those that are hard to figure out. I like simple which helps me to be stress-free! I have played Mario with my family on the Wii console and I was always the one that would crash or fall off the cliff. LOL. So I gave up. My family tells me if I keep practicing I will get it, but I don't want to learn something that is supposed to be fun.
