The only time I have ever read about someone possibly not feeling it is in there sleep...some docs even laugh at the idea of that. I have read that the bites are painful.
There are bites where there is no pain, a case was in Canada when the person didn’t even know they were bit ( it was child though) but still precaution is better than cure

I truly hope so. I don't think I can last waiting for 3 months. I remember after the encounter my mom and my sister asking me how come I didn't feel the bat on my back and I remember just staring into space.

Also remember not all bats are rabid but they are treated like that because they have high risk of being carrier but that’s also mostly in America’s I think and also if you aren’t satisfied yet just tell your family you might have been bitten and you want them to help you get shots ( not that I am saying you have been bitten but to just satisfy your anxiety.)

I've always read that the only people who "possibly" wouldn't feel it would be those vulnerable during a sleep situation ie: children, drunk, mentally unstable, extremely deep deep sleeper etc who are asleep. I can't imagine as overly observant/hyper aware as we already are with anxiety...to be standing somewhere and not feeling a bat bite us.

I was terrified when my sister said there was a bat on my back cuz I didn't even feel something impacting my body so I'm guessing it just perched on me and started climbing when I got to the gate of the house. I'm just racking my brain trying to figure out why I didn't feel the bat climbing on me.

I would if I could but Asian family, they'll just get mad at me for pursuing the matter even further. My sister is already annoyed with me cuz I keep asking the same questions over and over (Are there any red marks?, Did I get scratch?, Do you see any bite marks or bleeding?). And in my anxiety attack I did some research and I found bats and rats do not transmit rabies here, but there was a study in 2002 that there are a couple of bats who carry the lyssavirus. Idk

You had a shirt on and were preoccupied however if teeth contacted your skin you would of certainly felt it. Trust your family and the docs even though it's difficult

I will try. Mom talked with me via VC last night about it. I'm feeling a bit better now and I'm trying to distract myself by doing the things I usually do, even though it's still in the back of my mind. Thank you for the kind words.

I've found that the best thing for me is to stay busy if you are able. Getting outside and doing something active will help you, like you said it may still be in the back of your mind...but it will help.
