Hey everyone,

pretty much dealing with what the title says. I’m not panicking over it like I normally would (yay therapy) but it is making me a bit nervous. Anyone else ever experience something similar? I recently had a head cold so probably something from that or maybe inner ear I dunno Guess I’m just looking to vent more than anything

It suuuuucks lol. I’m not overly miserable. I’m tired and feel generally out of it, then I get the zap and everything spins briefly until I jerk myself out of dizziness lol.

Yes!! Dealing with it now. I was told by my doctor it’s vertigo but it won’t go away. It’s not like I’m so dizzy I can’t walk or anything but it’s there and it’s annoying. I think my anxiety is keeping it around lol if that makes sense

Yup, that's why...
This far in? Almost all the other side effects are gone or barely noticeable now. Only thing I really saw about brain zaps was from discontinuing it

I thought not many people got brain zaps while on but just going off too...I was wrong, I know for myself I get them while on. I get them really hardcore when I've had the flu or head cold...but you haven't been on Prozac that long so it could still be everything changing. None the less, yes

Well hopefully it’s a passing thing. Don’t know that I could do this long term and it’s been great for my anxiety
