Hi I’m new to the form and I was wondering if anyone else has disassociation disorder and how you deal with it :)

Used to have it many years ago. Honestly I think I simply got used to it. Once that happens you no longer fear it. Once you no longer fear it, it stops. There is no magic cure for it. Happens and we just wait it out. Hope it passes quickly. Distraction might work. Finding things to do once it kicks in. I do think in time it will simply just go away, as it did with me.

Thank you you’re awesome I think you’re right once I start feeling like that I like to talk to people and be super friendly
