I suffer with anxiety and I know a lot of people who feel the same benefit from planning and preparing for their day. There's an app called Picturepath which is designed to help people with additional support needs and anxiety to visualise and manage the events of their day. The app is free to download but usually there is a premium paid version. However, access to all features is currently free and thought it would be worth sharing in case anyone else would find it beneficial
