Diarrhoea and sickness.

Hi guys. I have GAD and I have several weird symptoms that come and go. But the one I find most disturbing is D&V.
For example a couple of days ago I was actually having a pretty decent day anxiety and symptom wise and that all of a sudden like a lightning bolt I got really bad sickness and diarrhoea. And this happens couple of times a month. It’s really messes with my head. And then my mind goes into overdrive. Been to dr had tests etc. I really really don’t want this to be one of those symptoms that I have to just deal with forever!

Did the Dr check or say anything about IBS? I can't say for certain what it is. But IBS comes to mind because of what is happening to you. But that can be treated easily enough. Is another symptom of anxiety. Or more something anxiety brings on. Is one of those things that can just clear up if treated right. But for that to happen we would need a Dr to say it is IBS. My own Nephew had IBS. Suffers from anxiety too. Had the camera put down him. Regular tests. Honestly he is not that bad these days. I will be curious to hear what the Dr thinks it is.
