I awaken with severe diarrhea a few times during the last few nights .
I googled - shouldn't have - and it says it can be a first sign of Covid.
During the day I have no appetite, feel a bit nauseous.

Should I be concerned?

Don't think about covid. It can easily be an intestinal virus. Diarrea in covid is really uncommon. If you don't have no fever and no cough, relax.

Diarrhea has been a covid sign for several of the people I know who have had covid. But, that was never the only issue they had. This could be stress, something food related or a stomach bug. Has it gotten any better since you posted this?

I have loss of appetite when I have anxiety... that's common I know...
And the diarrhea can be a million different things but if you are prone to anxiety 9 out of 10 times, that's probably all it is...
Once you eliminate though, eventually you gain that appetite back... Start slow.. eating crackers, whole eggs.. and build up your confidence again with those kinds of foods that won't upset your stomach...

Is OP OK? I had nausea, fever, body aches, and severe tiredness way back at the end of January. I had dizzy spells all through February too. It could have been COVID. I don't have risk factors. If you;re not old or sick with other conditions it's not much to worry about. You'd be just as likely to die from the yearly flu.
