So basically my day goes like this. I stay up really late. Like until 6am-7am. I fall asleep and wake back up around 8am. Don't know why. Then I go back to sleep and wake up around 2-3 unless I have to go somewhere, then I get up earlier via alarm. Then I go about my day. I don't do much.. just probably will relax and then get on my computer. Heck I may even nap or something. But I mostly just stay In one area, the living room. My legs feel weak and kinda wobbly, muscles sore sometimes. Seems as if its difficult to breathe because I'm also a hypochondriac. I mean has anyone ever had a similar schedule or even felt those things before, maybe in a depressive episode? I haven't had a true depressive episode in a while. I'm hot with worry about sepsis, its been on my mind a bit. Just worrying about that. That and any kind of sicknesses really. I dunno. Ranting and hoping someone might relate I guess.
I'm beginning 50mg zoloft after being on and off it for a bit. But I don't think it would cause all this.

Habits. No exercise. No goals, no efforts to do anything productive, no effort to break the cycle. It’s called apathy. If you are waiting to feel better before you make any efforts, you might be waiting a long time. You have to take the initiative to make the changes whether you feel like it or not. I’m struggling with this myself, it’s a level of depression, in my opinion. Try setting one goal each day, no matter how small, and do it.
