My daydreams can be of anything and everything, and they can also make me feel very powerful or give me anxiety.
What is "weird" about me daydreaming is my pacing. I feel like I have to pace whenever I daydream, especially when I'm listening to music. Sometimes I start to daydream out of nowhere and I suddenly speed walk from whatever I was doing and it feels like I don't remember anything while I was walking until I stop myself. It's like, "hey, how did I get here? I was there a second ago". I don't know many people who do this and I've been called out by my mom for sudden pacing and looking blankly.
In public places where jumping out and walking isn't socially acceptable, I just blank out for minutes into my fantasies until I realize I am supposed to focus. Then the cycle begins after.
