Daily worry about dying anxiety

Does anybody ever feel obsessed with breathing like always aware of it? Sometimes I can sit and woot myself into a panic attack due to it?

It can happeem. Irregular breathing. You can become fully aware of every breath. Which is never a good thing. Best to try and focus on anything else.

what we have to remember is to live everyday like it is our last. we don't know what could happen any second. live a life you want to remember. i get why you would watch the news - to be aware what is going on but, if it is causing you too much stress just avoid it. know your triggers.
do something else
