So it's late, I have a job interview tomorrow. I do what I do. Scroll Snapchat. I haven't checked the trashy celebrity news recently, so I went there. And of course social media is both a way for me to escape as well as have me worry into an abyss. This time it's another thing. So it was a wrestler. Like with the tight pants and the mask and stuff. He was just wrestling and stuff. Suddenly be falls out while on the mat and ends up dying. From a brain aneurysm. Like dead instantly. People think he's joking but he really just went lights out. That scares me EXTREMELY. Most of the time it doesn't have tells or symptoms or a way to worn you. By the time it is, its too late. I even heard one time of someone talking on the phone and someone on one end had an aneurysm and it was over just like that. Thanks to medication usually I don't have as much of health anxiety but that was a trigger for me and now I'm worried and anxious once more thinking the same thing will happen to me

There are reasons behind everything that happens. You say he was a wrestler. Odds are good that he took steroids, possibly a lot to build up the image. Also, you know nothing about his lifestyle. Did he smoke? Do drugs? Abuse alcohol? What’s his family history? Of course, you don’t have any way to know.

A doctor once told me bad things that happen almost always start from a weakened immune system. All the lifestyle issues I mentioned can weaken the immune system. Even if someone has an immunity issue, say diabetes for example, by not “ loading the gun” with unhealthy lifestyles, long tern problems can be prevented.

Oh, I hate seeing Daily Mail.
I was curious and checked it out on Snapchat, and came across a Youtuber who died from shoulder cancer? Like, what?
Definitely need to stay away from triggers like that.
