I have had what was probably mrsa before, and also have had infected finger nail area so know what infection generally feels like.

Got a cut yesterday by porcelain and we all know that bleeds a lot!...noticed non painful redness around the cut. Pretty sure that's normal?

Inflammation from the cut and you probably got microscopic pieces of porcelain in the cut as well.

sounds normal to me

I was installing Sheetrock and insulation last week. Got a huge rash on my arm because I brushed up against the fiberglass insulation.

inflamed, red, not really painful. Went away after a few days

I understand completely. I do property maintenance/improvements. Funny I know by looking at me health anxiety would be the last thing someone would think haha...

Perhaps its healing, usually when having a cut that has redness, the wound is starting to heal. We need blood to help our wounds to heal. I noticed that from personal experiences.
