Had anyone ever been on and off sick for like a month or two? Like small gaps in-between but always have something going on? Stuffy, cough, sore throat, something?

I'm hoping it's just the effect of allergy/cold and flu season. It sends me into a spiral of anxiety at this point. First it was the strep in the middle of February, now I thought was allergies, I'm probably having a cold because my (TMI) snot is no longer clear, it's yellow. Uuuuuugh! I knew it must've been something besides allergies because I felt so tired and had body aches. Plus my sinuses are just terrible. So much pressure and stuffiness.
I'm just scared of being perpetually sick for so long now. I feel like it's not normal, and of course my anxiety is thinking the worst.

After having the strep it’s most likely you are more susceptible to other viruses right now and Your immune system is down from it right now. Gear up with some healthy foods that can get your vitamin levels up.

Guess so. Anything you suggest? I'm currently doing some OTC Nighttime Theraflu, but I know other things might help.

Vitamin c and zinc are excellent supplements during the cold and flu season. But nothing beats real foods that supply these nutrients. Orange juice/ citrus fruits are an excellent source of vitamin c. Not sure what foods are good for zinc, but you could research it. Leafy green veggies too. The meds you listed are about all one can do via medicine for your current symptoms. The fruits and veggies will get your immune system back up and working better. Keep in mind it takes time to rebuild your immune system after being sick, so eating the fruits and veggies every day is important to get you back up to par.

Haha, dude. My family is on the fourth sickness directly in a row. Sometimes it happens. Especially ever since everyone stayed inside during covid for two years straight. Everything makes us sick again. :-/
