Sometimes I experience this. Some days I have constant anxiety. For instance, I’ll have constant butterflies in my stomach, dull headache and the feeling of being dizzy. It’s not dizzy like the room is moving its more like swaying like you said, as if my balance is off. In addition I’ll have this feeling where I cant take a deep breath or I’ll feel like I need to yawn and I’ll yawn but the yawn never happens. Some times I’ll have constant negative thoughts that just keep feeding into these feelings. I’ll get the occasional heart palpitation, it’s like a really light flutter. And the neck pain and shoulder pain, yes I have that too. I’m not on meds as of yet. I’m meeting with a psychiatrist next week. I have a phobia of drugs and I’m honestly kinda scared to take any SSRIs. I’ve considered trying medical marijuana, not the kind that gets you stoned, the high CBD strains. With a drug phobia it’s difficult for me to work up the courage to smoke some CBD, even though it doesn’t get you high.

Thanks for your reply. Does your symptoms last for days or even weeks? Drives me crazy!!!!! So tired of going to doctors and they tell you the same thing. ALL ANXIETY.

The fatigue neck! I experience it all the time when I'm anxious. Whenever you feel anxious, try to put your attention on your neck. You would notice the muscles there contract. It puts a lot of strain on our necks.
And for me, dizziness had always been a thing my mind is capable of creating. Very realistic ones too. So don't worry about it too much, since doctors said you are okay. Although I do understand when they just throw the word anxiety at your realistic and scary symptoms.
And yes, my symptoms once lasted a month, and it was very annoying.

Such a relief to know there are others who have to deal with this anxiety. My problem is accepting thats what it is. Hope one day they come out with a magic pill to help us suffers. Thanks for your response.

There is good reason to be afraid of selective serotonin rebuke inhibitors.
Not only are they only 40% effective (look it up...it's' true) but, this isn't the type of stuff you can come off of cold turkey.
Some people that come off of it cold turkey compare it to coming off of heroine.
Cold sweats, agitation, tight chest, nausea vomiting, diarrhea and sometimes...severe constipation. I know from personal experience that it is tough to come off of them. The side effects were awful. That was zoloft. Screw zoloft. You go and seek help and all they want to do is shove pills down your throat. .no thank you.

I know it's hard, it's really hard and messes up your whole life at times. But I see it like an autoimmune disease of our mind? We simply overreact when it comes to issues. But I have had it since childhood so I guess it has something to do with brain wiring too. Try not to treat it as a disease and something doctors have to figure out how to cure, but instead a part that makes us, well, "us".
