Hello everyone. I have my first colonoscopy this morning and I'm terrified that I'll get bad news. I've mentioned in my previous posts about my stomach issues and that's what has gotten me so anxious. I was told by my GI doctor that he would schedule my endoscopy if I'm still having trouble with stomach...which is still the case. Wish me luck. I'll let everyone know how things went.

Hello everyone! I promised I'd inform you all on my first colonoscopy experience. It was a pleasant one. The nurse, the anethesiolgist, and the doctor completely put me at ease and before I knew it I was off to la la land. I don't remember a thing...and no pain whatsoever. The doctor come into the room once I was more conscious to say everything was normal! No polyps, no diverticulitis, and the most important...NO CANCER I have my endoscopy scheduled for May 28th early in the morning...so I'll keep everyone posted. Hope that everyone is having a stress free day...bye
