Starting Sunday night I had bad gas and bloated, tried a probiotic and next day I felt brain fog, achy joint and some loose stool and gas again. I also have some tenderness in tailbone from time to time. I CrossFit and have really tight hamstrings.
Yesterday and today I still have gas after eating something and still is loose with a little mucus today, this will sound weird but my stool and gas feel “hot”. Slight upset stomach after i eat. My stomach feels nervous and grumbles a lot. This is g
Not that it matters but I had colonoscopy 8 years ago bc they thought i had crohns but I didn’t.
So i am nervous and worrying that is can be colon/rectal/stomach cancer...anyone have some similar experience

Honestly sounds like you just have a lot of gas and digestive issues. Nothing to worry about. Happens to everyone.

Oh if they didn't find anything back that that shows that you have IBS, a functional condition which causes lots of digestive distress and zillions of symptoms, without you having a disease in your colon.
I suggest you can track your triggers, and stress is one of them. When my IBS flares up it causes distress for quite a while. I experience everything you describe, even the 'hot' gas.

Well I wouldn't really worry about diarrhea unless it's persistent. I sometimes get it too, my stomach tends to get upset easily when I have my flare ups :O
If you are still worried consult a dr, but I really believe it's IBS if you generally have these symptoms for a period of time, on and off. Loose stools, bloating, gas and achy body, also anxiety and mental tiredness are all IBS symptoms btw. It's a very complicated disorder.
Also your age is a deciding factor here. if you are over 50 and having digestive issues for the first time, yes contact a dr, but still it's no reason to be alarmed.
Hope you feel well soon <3 update us
