I worry about everything, and don’t want to google so thought I’d just post to see if any response would ease my mind.... I was on a high fiber diet about two weeks ago... eating things like Brussel sprouts and avocados for breakfast lol I’m not one to really eat this health and it really worked in making me go to the bathroom sometimes to much and then prob some IBS? I had and have some fait stomach cramps band sometimes a dull pain around the booty area and then it goes away... I don’t ever see blood or anything... should I be concerned? My anxiety acts out in very physical manners. I’m over sensitive to everything : / thanks for any response!
