Cold body+hot water=eurphoria

I haven't had anyone close to me tell me they experience this as well.

I know everyone likes a warm shower. But a lot of times when i am cold and i get in a hot shower i have a euphoric type feeling. Anyone else?

I know it's not necessarily health anxiety related but am curious.

Yes, I do. I actually enjoy getting rather cold, then jumping in a hot shower or even getting under a really warm blanket. Same feeling.

I do the same thing when going hot to cold, but the euphoria like feeling isn't as intense. But if I'm in a home/building during a hot summer day and the air is really cold, then I get in a really hot car, I get the feeling.

That happens to be as well! Its strange as much as i love air conditioning on a hot day...I like getting in a hot car after being in AC, ...not all the time, but sometimes. I wonder what makes you sometimes feel that way and other times not.

I have no idea. I've always thought it to be strange as well, and thought I was also the only one. So I never said anything to anyone. Haha.

I've asked about something else that happens to me but not really anyone else with the feeling like the legs weren't going to work and that happens to you to...haha
