Another symptom that I had was in a project when I stayed outside and the air was cold.My hormones freezed and my body started to shake. Is this because of anxiety too?I had that feeling for 6-7 months and it never stopped.I tried eucalyptus oil and I started to believe that this was bronchitis but I never coughed. Was it just a chill?

Could it be caused by stress?

The doctor will tell me that I have no health problems no matter what I say.

Stress could have caused those symptoms or some kind of chest infection. Go and have a chat with your doctor and he will listen to your chest and see what he can do for you.
