I was also wondering if anyone has tried cbd for panic/anxiety?? I recently started and I'm not noticing anything yet

I also have wondered if cbd would be effective since I hate taking medicine I thought that would be a great alternative keep us posted on if it helps any

There are people on this forum who use CBD and most of them are positive that it helps. It is expensive when used in the amounts needed to make a real difference. The industry was formed very loosely and there are many multi-level marketing groups selling different quality CBD oil. I'm in favor of CBD although I am waiting until its' sale and labeling standards get more stable. I just can't afford any weird side effects that might result from a low-quality purchase.

Ive often wondered the same thing. I have a bunch of friends who use it and swear by it. Some prefer the tablets and some prefer to vape it but they all say it does wonders. Most doctors wont recommend it just yet. As well as some counselors. Ive gotten the response that if youre willing to try a drug such as CBD, you might as well try a tried and true medication that has results. I know that in Canada though a lot of it is legal, it isnt regulated yet. So theres no true way of knowing for sure if you are buying without THC in most dispensaries.
