Carpal Tunnel?

Well well well....

When I clinch my left hand or bend my wrists, I get a light burning sensation in the palm of my hand...

Been like this for a month now. Burning sensation + palm = Carpal Tunnel.

Not scared, but I am starting to feel old!! I AM ONLY 30 YEARS!

Been on computers my whole life though, so I guess it was bound to happen eventually.



Anyone have/had carpal tunnel?

im only 18 and my carpal tunnel has been flaring up all week!! all up my arm, bit in my hand too. its basically my fault for never exercising so the slightest bit of exertion just makes my whole body freak out, but boy do i feel geriatric lol

Had it on and off for decades. Annoying, but not worth fretting over

Definitely because of the computer position. Also, I read somewhere stress can trigger jt.

I got my first carpal tunnel issue mid 20s. I doubt it has anything to do with age. It's more like your position, straining etc. Mine was from computer table + mouse.

Sounds like you have worked on the computer many hours a day. Most of us have been on computers our whole lives. If your wrists and hand have burning sensation when bending it seems like rapid fire and gaming. I am just guessing.

Had my physical today, went over these symptoms. Yep, mild carpal tunnel.

I get this when I hold my phone for so long. I have to train myself not to constantly hold it a certain way.
