This apparently fell through the cracks. Did you speak with the pharmacist or a pharmacy tech? If not, call and speak with the pharmacist. Then, if your doctor’s office is taking calls - I would call and ask for the office manager and let them know your situation they created and tell them you want this rectified immediately. What state do you live in?

Ugh, so sorry - this happened to me once. I agree that you need to call your doctor's office and just pester them until they respond. Mention that you are completely out of your medication. When this happened to me, my pharmacist actually gave me a dose or two (I think 3 days worth?) since the doctor was being unresponsive. Just keep calling.

Back in 2009, I had a problem where my psychiatric nurse practitioner made a mistake and I wasn't able to get one of my prescriptions refilled. Meanwhile, my anxieties were starting to get bad, as I ran out of this medication for over a day. I had to keep calling my NP's office a lot in order to get in straightened out.

It's not something I want to go through again.
