HI guys. I am in need of some advice.
Lately my place of employment (lam in retail )....has been short staffed..this has put much much more stress and responsibilities on my shoulders.
I have the ability to preform every task...I am well trained.
For this reason....I am the 1 that they always run to when someone else quits..or calls in. I believe that I may be suffering from burnout because of this. I am stressed to the point where I am not happy with my job anymore and am considering quitting. My other problem is though I am being looked at for possible promotion. ..but ..my depression and anxiety are increasing lately and i'my wondering also that if I get this promotion ( assistant manager ) will this be everday life for me? And am I ready for it. Anyways...I'm rambling . What do you guys suggest I do to combat burnout? And should I quitmy job? What should I do? Thanks in advance guys.
